Norma is exceptional with mixed-ability groups and families, somehow giving everyone individual attention while keeping the whole group progressing and having fun. She's equally at home teaching cross-country skiing — one couple loved it so much after their first lesson that they went on to complete a 10K circuit independently.
Her commitment doesn't end when the lesson does. Norma has been known to follow up afterwards, asking clients to send videos so she can give further feedback. One family has been coming back to ski with her for 12 years .
